Where is your product available?
It is available through various distributors throughout Australia (Click here to find your nearest Agent ) If no local distributor is available it can be ordered directly through our NSW based factory and transported to your site.

Does the wall provide noise insulation?
Yes, it will provide excellent results from all forms of noise. Noise reduction is very height dependent thus the higher the wall the better the results (as with any form of wall). *National Acoustic Laboratory tested.

What is the difference between Contemporary, Traditional and Estate walls?
All have different size posts with Traditional and Estate style walls using a thicker wall panel. See the specifications link for a detailed description.

How high can I have a wall?
Contemporary wall styles range from 0.9m - 2.1m, Traditional wall styles range from 0.9m - 3.0m, Estate wall styles range from .09m - 3.0m, Barrier walls 3.0m - 4.5m. Wind regions A & B. Please call us for specific wind region C spec�s.

What finish can I have? And do the panels come pre finished?
The panels and posts come in a 'raw' primed state ready to accept any finish. The wall can be Painted, Rendered, Texture Painted - See sample finishes for a detailed description. Extensive research and testing in conjunction with Dulux Australia has been carried out.

Who can install it?
It can be installed by our Agents, a Fencing contractor or the competent DIY person. Free technical advice is offered 24/7. An instructional DVD and printed instructions are available.

How long does it take to put a wall up?
On average 2 people can put up 20-25m of 1.8m high traditional wall per day.

How much concrete will I use?
We recommend you use bagged �quick set� concrete if you are a DIY customer.
  • A contemporary wall at an average 1.8m high will require 40-50 kg per posthole.
  • A Traditional wall at an average 1.8m high will require 50-60 kg per posthole.
  • An Estate wall at an average 1.8m high will require 50-60 kg per posthole.
Do I need council approval?
Every council is different & you should consult your local council. As the wall doesn't use strip footings generally you will only need to comply with their relevant height regulations which can be found on their web sites.

What warranty does the wall have?
If installed by a recommended installer or in accordance with the fitting instructions the wall and all associated components are covered against product failure for 7 years.
